Permanent Lyrics

Is this the moment where I look you in the eye?
Forgive my broken promise that you'll never see me cry
And everything, it will surely change
Even if I tell you I won't go away today

Will you think that you're all alone
When no one's there to hold your hand?
When all you know seems so far away
And everything is temporary, rest your head
I'm permanent

I know he's living in hell every single day
And so I ask, oh God is there some way for me to take his place?
And when they say it's all touch and go
I wish I could make it go away but still you say

Will you think that you're all alone
When no one's there to hold your hand?
When all you know seems so far away
And everything is temporary, rest your head
I'm permanent, I'm permanent

Is this the moment where I look you in the eye?
Forgive my promise that you'll never see me cry

A year ago, I was fighting with the words Cancer in my life and now im free from it all right now. Even if I did have a small scare last month regarding a tumor that was present in my colon. Thank goodness everything came out positive!

Yo Te Voy A Amar

Cuando sientas tristeza
Que no puedes calmar
Cuando haya un vacio
Que no puedes ilenar
Te abrazare
Tehare olvidar lo que te hizo sufrir
No vas a caer
Mientras que estes junto a mi

*Chorus*
Si siento un frio tu corazon
Sere tu abrigo, tu ilusion
Hasta ya no respirar
Yo te voy a amar
Yo te voy a amar

Yo sempre te he amado
Y amor, yo estare
Por siempre a tu lado
Nunca me alejare
Prometo mi amor
Te juro ante Dios
Nunca te voy a faltar
Tu corazn
No volver a llorar

Chorus

Sigo muriendo por ti
Yo te quiero asi
Sin tu amor en mi vida, mi vida
No s como podr yo vivir

Chorus

Si siente un frio tu corazn
Ser tu abrigo, tu ilusin
Hasta ya no respirar
Yo te voy a amar
Y cada dia yo vivir
Intentando como te voy a querer
Hasta ya no respirar
Yo te voy a amar...

A MI MANERA

Yo se que no vendras
Por eso ya
Tanto la olvido
Dejar un nuevo amor
Tanto mejor
Ay como el mio
Dejar y la vive
Ay desde mundo de tristeza
Dejar y la vive
Ay mi manera

Yo quiero ser
Hay nada mas
Prefierare
Y recordar
Un nuevo amor
Tanto Mejor
Quisiera olvidar
Tanto lo mejor
Quisiera vivir
Hay nada mas
O si my way

Already Gone

Already Gone lyrics
Songwriters: Clarkson, Kelly Brianne; Tedder, Ryan;
Remember all the things we wanted
Now all our memories they're haunted
We were always meant to say goodbye

Even with our fists held high
It never would've worked out right
We were never meant for do or die

I didn't want us to burn out
I didn't come here to hold you, now I can't stop

I want you to know that it doesn't matter
Where we take this road someone's gotta go
And I want you to know you couldn't have loved me better
But I want you to move on so I'm already gone

Looking at you makes it harder
But I know that you'll find another
That doesn't always make you want to cry

Started with a perfect kiss then we could feel the poison set in
Perfect couldn't keep this love alive
You know that I love you so, I love you enough to let you go

I want you to know that it doesn't matter
Where we take this road someone's gotta go
And I want you to know you couldn't have loved me better
But I want you to move on so I'm already gone

I'm already gone, already gone
You can't make it feel right when you know that it's wrong
I'm already gone, already gone
There's no moving on so I'm already gone

Already gone, already gone, already gone
Already gone, already gone, already gone, yeah

Remember all the things we wanted
Now all our memories they're haunted
We were always meant to say goodbye

I want you to know that it doesn't matter
Where we take this road someone's gotta go
And I want you to know you couldn't have loved me better
But I want you to move on so I'm already gone

I'm already gone, already gone
You can't make it feel right when you know that it's wrong
I'm already gone, already gone
There's no moving on so I'm already gone

Scott Brown roars to Senate upset win

State Sen. Scott Brown has pulled a Bay State bombshell by upsetting his Democratic rival to capture the open U.S. Senate seat by a 5-point margin.
Brown, 50, of Wrentham, will roll into Washington as Congress wrestles with health-care reform. But Brown has vowed to be “the 41st Senator” who will defeat the measure and bust up the Democratic supermajority.
Democrat Martha Coakley, the state’s attorney general, has gone down in a stunning defeat. Brown has won 52-47 percent, with 94 percent of the precincts reporting. Independent Joseph L. Kennedy finished way back with 1 precent of the vote.

In her concession speech, Coakley said President Obama called her to say, “We can’t win them all.”
Over at the winner’s party, Brown’s daughter, Ayla, belted out “Dancing in the streets” at the Park Plaza Hotel in Boston.
Brown swept to victory by getting out the vote in the suburbs where his support was strongest.
“I never thought I’d see the day when a Republican replaces Ted Kennedy,” Mayor Thomas M. Menino told the Herald tonight. “I think Scott Brown caught the wave of anger that’s out there, and the wave of anti-Obama.”
Republicans were quick to cast Brown’s victory as the start of a revolution.
“There is a revolt going on in this country,” gushed GOP activist Bay Buchanan, a former top advisor to Gov. Mitt Romney’s presidential bid. “Massachusetts will just inpsire the patriot movement.”
U.S. Senate Election Day:

Meet your new Senator, the Naked one!

How to help victims of the Haiti earthquake

"Like the end of the world."

These are the words on lips of Haitians today after being struck by one of the most ferocious forces of nature -- a 7.0 earthquake. It's the largest earthquake in recent history.

Already, several countries and non-profits have started to pull together aid efforts for Haiti, where the Associated Press estimates some 3 million people may be in need of help.

Americans who need information about family members in Haiti have been asked to call (888) 407-4747, a line set up by the State Department.

There are many ways to lend a hand, but be warned, many aid sites have been overloaded and were down when we tried to access them. Be patient!

Disaster Relief and Non-governmental Organizations:

  • You can make a donation through the American Red Cross' International Response Fund, and it will be allocated specifically for Haiti relief efforts.
  • Mercy Corps has a way for you to donate your money straight to their efforts in Haiti, and Unicef also has a donation site set up.
  • The United Nations World Food Program has teams "already on the scene, mobilizing emergency food assistance to families." To support these efforts, you can make an emergency donation here.
  • Operation Blessing International also has disaster relief teams on the way. A donation of $50 or more will bring emergency food, water, medicine and more to the quake victims.
  • The Salvation Army is also sending personnel and supplies to assist in the relief effort, and needs of donations.
  • Yele, an organization set up by musician Wyclef Jean - a native Haitian, is an additional option.

Faith-based Organizations:

  • American Jewish World Service  is collecting donations for their"Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund," which will help "their network of grantees in Haiti to meet the urgent needs of the population based on real-time, on-the-ground assessments."
  • Baptist Global Response, which coordinates the mercy efforts of the Southern Baptist Convention, is sending a team from Florida to help for their initial outreach. In addition to donations, the organization asks that concerned individuals join in focused prayer for Haiti's 9 million people.
  • Compassion International, the world's largest Christian child development program, serves 64,000 sponsored children in Haiti...most near the earthquake zone. Their website allows donors to earmark contributions for Haiti.
  • Samaritan's Purse, the international aid and development group headed by Rev. Franklin Graham, landed a medical supplies flight with teams of emergency medical workers Wednesday morning, and will begin pouring in additional aid as needs become clear.

The fastest way to donate may be by text. Text "Haiti" to 90999 to donate $10 to the American Red Cross relief efforts. Or text Yele to 501 501 to donate $5.

There are so many options available that it's hard to create accurate lists, but we want to point out a couple worthwhile efforts. Take a minute to check these out if you haven't had luck with the sites we mentioned:

  • Nick Zantop, a blogger, photographer and globetrotter who says she grew up in the Caribbean, has pulled together a comprehensive list of possibilities on Facebook and her blog, ItsJustLight.com.
  • MSNBC also has a nice list pulled together.

Thanks to readers, there are additional tips in the comments below.

Readers: Have you found a way to donate today? Do you know of a site we missed? Leave your helpful tips in the comments section.

Palin joins Fox..

"I am thrilled to be joining the great talent and management team at Fox News. It's wonderful to be part of a place that so values fair and balanced news," Palin said in a written release

Prop 8 exposed

A response on Facebook... love it!!!

"The pro Prop 8 side wants to be able to hide their bigotry and prejudice like the Klan does with the robes and hoods. They need to stop being pussies and show their faces...if its too hot in the kitchen...get the hell out! Denying people their constitutional rights is risky behavior...so they need to get over themselves."
